The Committee for Strategy, Development, Investments and Reform under the Board of Directors of Rosseti Kuban PJSC was established on February 4, 2010 by the decision of the Board of Directors (Minutes of meeting No.84/2010 of February 5, 2010).

The main purpose of the Committee is to ensure efficient operation of the Company’s Board of Directors when dealing with the issues within its competence: 1) scoping priority directions, strategic goals and defining the main principles of the Company’s strategic development; 2) assessment of efficiency of the Company’s activity; 3) enhancement of investment attractiveness of the Company, improvement of investment activity and making of reasoned investment decisions; 4) correction of existing strategy of the Company’s development; 5) control of implementation of the approved programmes, projects and process of reforming of the Company; 6) drawing up of recommendations on dividend policy. |
